Having a comprehensive resume checklist at hand will help you not miss a single little detail when it comes to job applications.

Personal information
- Your first and last names must be clearly displayed on the resume in large letters.
- Your phone number should be listed in the contact information section.

Work experience

- Have you described recent jobs using 6 bullets and older jobs using 3 bullets?
- Does your resume mention quantified results to back up professional achievements?
- Do the bullet points on your resume start with action verbs?
Education
- Does the resume mention the most recent educational qualifications first?
- Have you followed the reverse chronological order when listing educational qualifications?
- Does each entry of the education section mention the following details?
- Title of the degree
- College name
- Location

- Have you elaborated on the education section by mentioning academic achievements?
- Does your resume mention the GPA?
Skills
- Have you added specific technical skills relevant to the job?
