Paying attention to the verbal and non-verbal cues from your interviewers will help you gauge how well you performed during your interview. There are several factors that will help you determine whether you made a positive impact on the employer after an interview. Things such as how the company communicates with you after the job interview, whether they respond to your follow-up emails, and how long they take to make decisions will also give you hints about your candidacy for the position.

6. Meet and greet with the team
Did your hiring manager take the time to introduce you to the members of their team after the interview? This is an excellent indicator that they see you as a potential team member. If this happens, be sure to make the most of the meet and greet opportunity and establish a good rapport with the team.
